What do I do with little interference?

Beaumotica only sells products of high quality. Nevertheless, it can happen that you receive an item that is not perfect or gets broken after you've put it into use. Often you will find a solution for minor faults in the manual of the article or at the website of the manufacturer or brand. If you don’t find a suitable solution in the manual, you can also contact our customer service. For quick handling we ask you to keep the invoice or delivery note with article data available.

I received an article but I am not satisfied, do I get a refund?

If you are not 100% satisfied in the first 30 days after receiving your receipt, you can return the item. Normally we will refund the full purchase price including shipping costs. For more information, please refer to the page Returns.

How long is the warranty period for an article?

Legal warranty

If there appears to be something wrong with the product you ordered from us, you can always contact us. We provide a suitable solution. The law also states that you are entitled to a proper product with a sales agreement with the seller, so that is what we provide.

If you reasonably can expect that an item after a certain period should still function properly but it does not, and the lack of it occurs without you being involved, you can refer the legal warranty.

You can refer to the legal warranty because a device must comply various requirements and must cope with your expectation of it at the time of purchase. The period in which you can expect normal use of the device without problems we call the economic lifespan or average lifespan. Within this period you may be entitled for free repair or exchange. There are some conditions attached:

  • Within the average lifespan you must demonstrate that the device was used in a normal way.
  • Within the average lifespan it is possible, in special cases, it will be considered reasonable that you contribute to the repair costs.
  • When restoration is cheaper than exchange, it is reasonable and allowed for us to choose for repair.

Manufacturer warranty

In addition to and without prejudice to the statutory provisions on guarantees and conformity, you benefit also from the factory warranties. Beaumotica only sells products from leading brands. These brands we select include sustainability. Therefore the products we sell always have a minimum of one year warranty. For products of some manufacturers even applies a warranty period of two years. The duration of the warranty and the contents of this manufacturer can always be found in the article of use. This does not mean that you need to contact the manufacturer when needed. If you find it appropriate, we also take this settlement for our account.
