Frequently asked questions about placing an order


How do I place an order?

To place an order you go through a few simple steps. First, place the item you desire in your shopping cart. You will be directed to the Shopping Cart page. On this page you choose to continue shopping or checkout. If you choose to pay, you arrive at step 1 of the ordering process.

Step 1 - Name and address

Already a customer?

If you're already a customer you can click on the text '' Already a customer? Click here to log in”. A screen will appear directly where you only need to enter your email address and password. Your name and address details will be filled in immediately. You can change your address details anytime, for example if you've moved.
 

New customer?

You fill in your name and address, these data are needed to compile the bill.

Choose a password: Here you can choose your password. With this password you can log in at Beaumotica.com, for example to track your order or place a new order without filling in your address.

Delivery address: If you want your order will be delivered anywhere else, you can enter the desired  delivery address here.

Choose the way you want to send.
 

Step 3 - Payment

Choose your desired payment method.

Check your order

If you've checked your data and everything is filled in correctly, choose to place your order definitively. You'll be directed to the secure payment page.

What are the costs for shipping?

For the shipment of orders within the Netherlands or Belgium, you pay no more than € 3.95. Orders over € 40, - will be even delivered free of charge, unless an article because of unusual measurements will be delivered by courier. Deviating delivery costs are always clearly stated in the product information. You will see these costs are mentioned once during the order process before you pay.


Can I cancel an order after I've placed it?

If you want to cancel your order, please immediately contact our customer service, perhaps we can stop the shipment. If you do so, you'll get your money back quicker and we save our environment and postage.

We believe it is important to carefully and quickly serve customers, therefore it may be that your order has already been processed, in which case you can return your order after receiving. The instructions for returning products can be found on the page Returns.


Can I change my order after I've placed it?

If you want to change your order, please immediately contact our customer service, perhaps we can stop the shipment. If your order has already been processed, you can return your order after receiving it  and order another product. The instructions for returning products can be found on the page Returns.


Are the prices quoted on Beaumotica.com included or excluded VAT?

At Beaumotica.com all prices include VAT, unless explicitly stated otherwise or whether you've chosen the top right in the site for Tax: No (you will see prices excluding VAT). In some subtotals in the checkout and on the invoice you can also see amounts stated excluding VAT, below you still will see the total including VAT. This ensures that you know at any time how much to pay at the checkout.
